First copies of Miso Tasty: The Cookbook
Miso Tasty: The Cookbook has now arrived in the UK. This is the first book by Miso Tasty founder Bonnie Chung and the first accessible book dedicated to the ingredient miso. My copies arrived last week and have already planned a summer and autumn of miso dishes. Corn on the cob with miso butter is very addictive indeed.
In the book Bonnie, a self-taught miso expert, explores the great versatility of this exciting paste, and demonstrates the depth that it can bring to everyday cooking. Her book shares 60 recipes on how to enjoy this ingredient in both Japanese and non-Japanese dishes.
