In the Mood for Healthy Food

I am delighted to be working with food writer Jo Pratt, on the publicity campaign for her new book, In the Mood for Healthy Food published by Nourish. The book is full of wonderful ideas to easily add a healthy boost into everyday meals. I am utterly inspired and plan to try out the following recipes: fried sesame tofu with soba noodle salad; 5-spice prawn ramen; tikka baked cod with coconut relish and beetroot gnocchi with nutty watercress pesto. I will share my results on Instagram.
