Co-author of Tu Casa Mi Casa secures titles of ‘World’s Best Female Chef’
Today it was announced that Daniela Soto-Innes has won the title of ‘The World’s Best Female Chef’ for 2019. Known for running internationally renowned Mexican eateries Cosme and Alta, Soto-Innes has been a trailblazer on the New York food scene since 2014. She displaces last years winner, Clare Smyth of Core in London, from the top spot.
Daniella is the first champion of Mexican cuisine to ever achieve this accolade. Incidentally, she is a co-author of Tu Casa Mi Casa, which she collaborated on with chef and culinary mentor Enrique Olvera.
