The truly wonderful five-course Sunday lunch menu was created by Josh Eggleton & Pony Bistro, 91 Ways Chef Zaleha Olpin, Ben Harvey of the Bianchis Group and Emmeline’s Shona Graham.Each chef contributed recipes to the new book Eat, Share, Love which is a unique collection from Bristol’s 91 language communities, celebrating the city’s diversity by giving voice to Bristol home cooks who share their heartfelt and intimate personal stories behind their favourite dishes.
