Botanical by Samuel Zeller
Go to siteSamuel Zeller reveals the quietness and serenity found in some of Europe’s greenest urban corners. Zeller’s photographs explores plants and foliage through translucent glass, capturing the shapes and refractions that create a blurred beauty reminiscent of impressionist paintings. The book explores Amsterdam, Edinburgh, Paris and further, drawing on classical botanical illustrations from the 19th century to illustrate nature in a contemporary and unusual way.
Samuel Zeller is a photographer based in Geneva, Switzerland. He studied graphic design at the School of Applied Arts in Geneva and worked as a designer before turning to photography full time.
