The Borough Market Cookbook launches
It’s not every day that you get to sample the best of what independent, local producers have to offer, but this Wednesday we had the pleasure of doing just that.
Last night, a crowd of press, traders and special guests gathered to celebrate the launch of The Borough Market Cookbook. The event, which took place in the market, was host to an array of produce stalls – with everything from fishmongers and bread-bakers, to charcuterie and cheese-sellers, and (of course) the men behind the epic Borough cheese toastie!
The guest of honour was our very own Ed Smith, long-time market contributor and author of the book. It was fantastic to celebrate the passionate traders behind Borough Market, who for over 1000 years have championed seasonal, sustainable and delicious local produce.
